Hopefully someone can help, I have an iphone 4, everything installed, and did the file:/// and got the config setup, but when it loads the lockscreen, the clock is white boxes with "?"s in them. The weather widget works, just the clock doest, any ideas?
Im sure this has been mentioned 1000 times but i still cant get the background anything but gray. Ive tried virtually everything...any suggestions i might have missed?
i was having the same problem as everyone else, i kept getting a pop up stating "you do not have permission to view this". however, i figured out a way to fix this:
- first off, i'm using Cyberduck because i'm on a Mac. - go to the folder and locate the file 'LockBackground.html'. i used the same method from OS 3.X days and the complete file url on Safari would be: 'file:///private/var/stash/Themes.XXxXX/Sense%20Widget%20-%20eCAR.theme/LockBackground.html'. now, the reason i put "Themes.XXxXX" is because that part is different for everyone. when you open up Cyberduck, and you look on the long bar that tells you want folder you're in, it will give you some letters. those letters will replace the "XXxXX". - after that, you click on 'LockBackground.html' and now scroll up to 'File' (inside the Cyberduck app). - make sure that 'LockBackground.html' is still highlighted, and under 'File' click on 'Info' - a new small screen will appear with general information about the file. what we need is to get permission to open it though, and we click on 'Permissions'. - in 'Permissions', check on all the boxes next to 'Others and to 'Owner'. after these steps, re-try to open'file:///private/var/stash/Themes.XXxXX/Sense%20Widget%20-%20eCAR.theme/LockBackground.html', and you should be able to see the html file on Safari now.
i tried to explain these steps in the clearest way, and i hope it helps out at least somewhat
** ALL GOOD NOW, just need to adjust background image...
